Required School Supplies & Technology

  • Brain Bridge only provides basic school supplies (pencils, highlighters, paper, printer, coloring materials, etc.).
  • Students are required to provide all other supplies needed to effectively complete distance learning assignments.
  • Student are responsible for personal computer, tablet and earbuds or headphones if necessary for distance learning.
  • Brain Bridge will not provide headphones due to sanitation reasons.
  • Brain Bridge is willing to support student long term projects, however  materials for projects must be brought in by student.


  • Brain Bridge requires access to all student education portals, e-textbooks, grade books, school documents management websites and programs.
  • Students are required to abide by Brain Bridge cell phone rules provided at time of enrollment.
  • Breaks are provided as needed. Full-day includes 30-minute supervised outdoor lunch break.

Mindfulness Classes for Youth & Adults

Mindfulness helps us reduce stress and tackle life’s inevitable challenges. Mindfulness is a powerful way to handle stress, and live life more fully. Mindfulness is all about living fully in the present moment, without judgment, and with an attitude of kindness and curiosity.

We offer introductory and advanced classes for youth and adults of all ages.  We invite you to explore these opportunities to learn, increase self-awareness, practice together and improve overall well-being through  activities facilitated by our very own Mindfulness Teacher!  Try it or bring a friend!

MNDFL KIDS (9 - 12 years old)
We love inspiring kids to gain a deeper understanding of the mind/body connection, sensory perception, and their interconnection with others. MNDFL KIDS offers tools to help them navigate the many changes occurring in their lives. During our time together, we learn about the miraculous brain. Through fun and engaging activities, we practice noticing what is happening within us in and in our surroundings. We also spend time journaling, asking questions and offer optional sharing so that we may learn from one another gently cultivating self-awareness and compassion. Our instructors love working with youth, and are qualified to provide a strong mindfulness foundation for young minds. 15% Friend Discount

Being a teen can be stressful! MNDFL TEENS provide an opportunity to practice being mindful anytime, anywhere. During our time together, we learn about the miraculous brain. Through engaging and interesting activities, we practice noticing what is happening within us and in our surroundings. We spend time journaling, asking questions and offer optional sharing time so that we might learn from one another. Like exercise, sometimes it helps to have a place to workout that mindful muscle. So bring a friend, and practice being mindful together. Join us for a weekly class where we remember to breathe, stay grounded, and relax. Inviting ALL MOMS - those who understand and those who want to learn more about the practice and benefits of mindfulness. During our time together, we share information about the latest in brain science to empower a deeper understanding of ourselves those around us. Mindfulness coaching sessions for youth and families allow us to work flexibly to explore mindfulness in a way that suits you. We offer one-on-one opportunities to learn and apply mindful skills to parenting, academic and social anxiety, work stress, relationships, personal growth, motivation and more.
